help

first off i know this is not the place the problem but i can not find any other site to do it

so here is the problem when i launch a game from SC2allin1 it loads up and shows a black screen and a green mouse and no loading bar and i fresh install a new launcher and starcraft 2 again and still black but when i use the Valkyrie launcher it works I'm so confused and i am using SC2allin1 10.1  :bangshead: plz i want to play
