Does anyone else have a problem with a few maps not loading when using 0.25? Also I have never been able to use teams since it was implemented in this loader.  :(

I recommend using this map pack if you don't already use the sYk0 maps  :P

O and Valkirie, I know this has been said before, but the proper English for the "Maps Informations" is Map Information. And "Maps Settings" is Map Settings. Also, since Starcrack 7.0 you added another difficulty selection, it would be better to name the "Maps/Difficulty Selection": Maps/AI Selection. Just some suggestions  ;)

Have an idea  :P How about adding a link to the Starcraft II updater in the launcher called "Check for Starcraft II updates". That way players won't have to launch from the original exe or from the updater to check for updates. Ye, I know it doesn't take any effort to launch the original exe or updater, but having a link in your launcher will truly make it an "this is all you need to play" launcher  ;)

Awesome job Valkirie  :thumbsup: I see you decided to use an installer to setup the beta files, looks really professional. I used to make an installer for the beta files that people was releasing, but now I will just post yours over at TeknoGods. No more repacking files  ;)

Can a mod please delete my topic in this forum, seeing as its not needed anymore:

how do you use the starcrack cheating thing or what ever and also whenever i try to load the beta loader for the second time it says it cannot find certain files but it worked perfectly fine when i first did it any help on that and somehow i really cannot seem to be able to patch my game no matter what i do i even added it to the exception and it still doesnt work any help? ??? ? thanks in advanced

Ye, sorry about that, the shortcut that the installer creates is broken, just use the Beta Launcher exe in the install directory and/or recreate the shortcut for it.

Will be fixed when I update the pack with Valkirie's 0.22.3 GUI

Not such a good Idea to copy paste a topic from a different forum to another one that doesn't work the same  :P

QuoteStarcraft 2 Beta - Offline Skirmish Pack
Installer and readme by   TK.DeMoNiK
Readme Version 1.2

# What is this and what is   it for?
This is a single installation package of the Best beta files   (That I know of) that allows you to play Starcraft 2 Beta Offline with   bots.

# Why I made this pack
I'm all for making software   super easy to use and look good in the process.

# IMPORTANT!

-     To install, unzip the files, double click Starcraft II Beta - Skirmish   Pack Installer exe and follow the instructions.

-   This pack is   recommended with a CLEAN UPDATED INSTALL OF STARCRAFT 2 BETA to insure   that you don't run into any problems!!

-   LazyLauncher will pick   up on some antivirus software as a Virus. Rest assured, this is not a   virus!! It only picks it up as a virus because of the way the code   works. Be sure to add LazyLauncher to your anti virus's exceptions list.

-     For new versions of the pack, make sure to uninstall the old one you   have before installing a new pack!! This doesn't count for   updates/patches.

-   For updates on the Skirmish Pack keep your   eyes on this topic at the TeknoGods.com forums: viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2229&start=0

-     Feel free to let me know of any new updates or if there is anything   better out there than what I've included in this pack.

-   Maps is   not included with the package installer. You can download maps via the   Beta Loader GUI from a files server, or you can download the sYk0 Map   Pack Installer from:
   viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2229&start=0

#   Requirements:
- .NET Framework 3.5
- Windows Xp/Vista/7
-   Updated Install of Starcraft II Beta
- For replays you will need a   updated Cache file.
     > You get this when you log into the Beta   with an official account; Don't have one? Check for Cache files at   DarkBlizz.org.

# Files in this pack
- LazyLauncher v2.0
-   Beta Loader GUI v0.22.3
- StarCrack v6.1.1

#   Uninstallation
- Go to add & remove, the pack will be listed   there, or go to the installation directory.

# What to expect   for future updates
- Better AI & GUI > The current GUI will   most likely be updated and there will always be improvement on AI, AI   can never be "too good" (except if its cheating).
     > Beta   Launcher GUI Ladder system improvements and fixes expected.
- Offline   LAN > Don't ask about this, because it's going to take a while and   might not even happen.

PLEASE HELP

Hi, I don't know what the rules are regarding to posting outside links, but I made an installer that installs all needed files to play Offline with bots.

http://teknogods.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2229

DON'T USE THE SHORTCUT!

Create a new shortcut of the Beta Launcher and place it where ever you want, I also recommend dl'ing the map pack and installing that, if you have any problems, post in that topic I gave you  ;)

We're working on a ladders system linked to the launcher which will include:
* Player informations
* Player stats (Ranks, total play time, etc).
* Player most used races
* Player most used maps
* Player most used difficulty

You'll gain points for each game, the harder the AI is, the more points you'll gain. You'll be able to search for players, share your informations using sign on forum. Anyway this release will come this weekend.

Nice  ;) Sounds like you guys are recreating Battle.net  :)

Guessing no 0.22 release today or tomorrow then  :P

Not sure what to tell you. I've never had that happen and I've played many team games so far. Granted, I've never had an ally, I've always done 1v2 or 1v3.

Its probably the map I played (Twilight Fortress). Well I'd still say its a good idea if Valkirie skips the team option for now until the AI has more team script. But ye you can always play with a different launcher until Valkirie decides to add a team option  ;)

And on a side note, waiting for Valkirie to release v2.2, so that I can update the installer I created over at TeknoGods.

Thanks for the effort and time you put in to this, much appreciated Valkirie  ;)

Hi nice work everyone is doing over here at Darkblizz ;)

Just wanted ask if you are by any chance planning on adding team script to the AI, seeing that you can now play in teams and so on with some of the newest launchers.

The AI doesn't recognize their team mates as ally's and tries to attack them, but instead their whole army is standing around your main base. You can probably just make the AI ignore its allies so it thinks your not there and instead goes after the other Bots in the game. Just an Idea  ;D

Love the current AI version  ;)
