StarCraftII - Freezing problem

First of all, sorry if this is not the right place for such questions... but please if someone could help me... 

I have something like freezing problem (In single player vs AI, and in multy at BNet)

Whenever I play from time to time the game just freezes. The mouse is moving but everything else stops. The last sound effect starts looping. After 1-3 seconds the game continues with skipping some frames.

I tried to restore my windows to clean start from image.

Reinstalled video, audio and MB drivers.

I installed DX again...
