It was not leaked. Someone found the new patch in blizzard's ftp server before they officially released it. Doesn't matter tho..servers are down which may mean incoming patch.

The leaked one was 15073. The official is 15097. Both are leaked but I think there's problems updating if you get stuck on 15073, so if you're not sure wait for official, which is out now/pretty soon?

Okay yeah, Patch 9 is official.
