I have an "Access violation of "SFmpq.dll" error" using Zoxc launcher. Already run as Admin   in windows 7. Delete all files in Plugins folder. currently running patch 11. tried patch 9 and still same   error :|

1. Strategy AI 0.4 Chinese links are dead.
2 .zip file link the Standard version is still 0.31
3. Is Standard version the non-cheat version?

In your .zip file the "non-cheating" version is actually still version 0.21, do you have verison 0.3 for it?
