I though a problem with the new host provider and my DNS provider, but finally I see that was the last host which blocks the propagation !

Why ?
It's DNS propagation... Some people can access now to the site, you will be able to access only later
For access to the forum, 2 choice :
- you wait
- If you are Administrator, go there : c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
Open the file "hosts" as Administrator and add on the file :
62.212.91.4 www.battle4sc2.com (http://www.battle4sc2.com)
With that, even a country that don't know that my forum changed of host, your computer will not check the IP of the host and connect directly...
Tested and works well
"62.212.91.4 www.battle4sc2.com (http://www.battle4sc2.com)"
add host to my windows does'nt work.. when will be available the engish forum?
FYI, English forum of starfriend is back online.. thanks for the above info ip hosts added to windows hosts... :)
And looks like new host has suspended their account

edit your windows hosts file with notepad:
type in the RUN command: c:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
edit with notepad:
add on the file : 62.212.91.4 www.battle4sc2.com (http://www.battle4sc2.com)
save
open browser "www.battle4sc2.com"
done...
