Just played it a couple times, nice to see improvements, AI expanded into island expansions, used medivacs, started massing BC's later on :}. Dealt pretty easy with BCs by responding with thors + vikings. Still haven't tested their detection ability. Kind of missed banshees, they do so much damage and AI didn't use them ;/. Anyways, good work, keep it up, gl ^^.

The v5.0 AIs by Starcrack are mediocre Early Phase and has strong Middle Game. But due to their overwhelming resource consumption early/middle game they suffer in Late game. Of course if you don't kill your enemy, End game it has enough to mass spam units and it fairs well (though somewhat limited to fixed amount of structures).

This AI
This one has horrible Early Phase but has good Middle and Late game. It does not consume a lot of resources early game making the overall game stronger (but spends so little that AI just gets pwned by tier 1 rush). Haven't played End game with this AI yet. If the maker of this AI can find a way to spend more resources if the enemy isn't teching and rushing then this will be a great AI.

So if I crush v5.5 in the mid game, this one isn't worth trying ;P? Still gonna try it ^^, will post feed back as soon as the game is over :P.

  • Better micro not just attack - flee - flee - flee -attack, loosing a big amount of units this way.
  • Better solutions for dealing with walling, that includes clever use of Nydus Worm, Medivac, Warp gates.
  • The AI going for workers or undefended expansions first.
  • The AI using his "caster" units abilities.
AI did micro a little against me with his stalkers+zeals, stalkers used blinks when I tried to retreat ^^

AI still lacks of detection tech a lot :S, that's the biggest flaw I currently see. Some probes sometimes bug in xel'naga watchtowers or near my sunken (reacts to sunken like to a unit that he needs to run from, then come back and run again, because sunken is in same place ^^). Everything else is pretty good, haven't lost against AI yet, you are doing a great work, keep it up, gl ^^.

I haven't lost yet ;/. (Just played vs v5.5). Anyways, I'm glad to see bot improving so fast, hope one day I can lose to him ^^

so yeah, it has vision (zerg), antiair (zerg) and expanding behind/walking through destroyable rocks. Awsome job for the developers of this, didn't expected so much of the AI :}.

Some more thoughts on the AI: AI doesn't expand to the expansions behind destroyable rocks, doesn't destroy any destroyable rocks at all :}.

It's ok now, I just deleted that file and it works now xD. Just playedon hard, it was pretty, well, hard ;P, but I've noticed he overmadegateways in the start (PvP: when I had 1 gate and core coming up he had5 lol, and he didn't pressure me for a pretty long time too). Also AIcan't really measure the battles, so he sometimes retreats from thewinning situation ^^. Just posting this because I want to help, notbecause I'm angry or smt ^^ (and I'm super happy I'm playing sc2against AI <3).

I just realised I've put it in the D:\Starcraft 2\StarCraft II Beta\Mods\LibertyMulti.SC2Mod instead of D:\Starcraft 2\StarCraft II Beta\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod
TT.

Any idea's how to reset the LibertyMulti file to the previous one? :S. If you could upload it, I would appreciate it a lot!

LOLOLOL WUT :D, I just did what you said, launched the game and I started with 2 nexus'es and 12 probes ;D. Any ideas where the problem might be?

The AI's are still very weak :S (played vs hard). Could you add a cheating AI there aswell? thx! :P.

Just downloaded it. Played TvP, Protoss did nothing else but pumping zealots of 3 gateways, so I walled in and killed him with banshees :S. Anyways, nice to see you doing progress ^^.
