Hulu.com has them all in HD streaming free and instant. No downloads no waiting, just 2-3 30 second commercials. Dubbed, subbed and captioned.

No, Hulu's selection is painfully small.

The most reliable way I find is through torrents. Also, use vlc player. Even if the audio or subtitle track is not want you want, you can import external soundtracks and subtitles.
