I have read that to solve this problem i have to update the client, but, how i do that?

You need to run original launcher (Diablo III Beta Launcher.exe) update client then turn it off, start server and run the shourtcut
its worked for me

Yes, that's true, jaja , some people comment that in twitter,  some people want to play anyway if there isn't npc's or items, but it's seems that they want that we play a full crack. Anyway we just got to wait some days more, in my opinion crack will be released soon
