Okay, i did everything. i can play.

but the screen is blue...everything is blue...the icons are blue and the shade of blue

is it cuz of my gfx card? taht sucks

Update your video drivers. Install the game. Restart your computer. Reinstall. Try again.

If you are using a launcher, make sure you have "Disable all textures" ticked off.
