Nope. Is not possible. Maybe with a mod but i higly doubt some one knows how to do something like that.
Nope, no way of rotating. And if someone DOES crack it and find a way, don't do it in a multiplayer game, or you'll get banned from bnet in a heartbeat.
no sadly, just place ur supply so that you can eventually build a barrack with a tech in the proper place
