Updated the StarCraft II Locale Converter.
Added support for "enSG" locale.
Now instead of using your converter I downloaded the english audio files and 2hrs until my taiwan client finished downloading but it would still be good if you can add enUS for my friends who probably don't want to wait forever for taiwan installer to download
