Title: chinese cheating mod of Goosie AI v4

This one is based on the work of Goosie AI v4 and modificated by chinese. It seems to be more difficult than Goosie AI v4. This AI will try to make use of those extra resource collected by cheating.

This one is pretty easy compared to the chinese cheating mod of Starcrack AI 5.5. (See http://darkblizz.org/Forum2/ai-scripts/improved-starcrack-ai-5-5-cheating-version!/ (http://darkblizz.org/Forum2/ai-scripts/improved-starcrack-ai-5-5-cheating-version!/)) The author claimed to improve it soon.
