Yeah, this looks like a total scam. Unless they had a contract with Blizzard I don't see how they could get enough beta keys to make this legit.

So its not working... It leads you to a page with surveys but none of the surveys are working. Even if this is a scam, the scammer is failling cause he is not getting any money..
