I can run Ultra and for most part get around 40 fps which is very much playable.

AMD Athlon x4 620 propus 2.6 (OC to 2.8 ) )

DDR 2 800mzh 4 GIGs(2GB dual pack) (OC smoother ticks(4-4-4-12))

ECS A780GM-M3

ATI Raedon 5750 1 GB DDR5

After getting the best deals on all the parts I would say it cost me around 6-700 to make it.

Run Phenom II Quad core
MSI MBD
Crucial RAM DDR3 1333 (4 Gigs and up)
x2 Saphire 5750's x-fired
I throw out over 90 fps on a very busy battlefield.

How much did that cost you?

I can run ultra, it lags just a little, a slight bit more ram and a slightly faster processor than this and you're golden.
