I mean I know that you actually zoom in, but after zooming in, you can rotate the camera around? How do you do that? I saw it on a youtube video, I'll post link later.

Push "INS" "CANC" and etc. Well, the buttons that are under the "Stamp" button.
It's the same as in Warcraft 3.

I don't understand why they don't allow rotating fully around the scene.
A completely free camera placement would be really nice.
Of course it's not practical most of the time, but once you are finishing destroying an enemy or vice-versa, it's fun to watch the battle up close.
The 3D aspect removes the possibility to hide things under flying buildings/units like in Starcraft 1, but that was unavoidable.
(unless they add a "camouflage" ability. ^^)
