Please just remove it... it's causing far more trouble than it is good.
Pros: It's make people with positive Karma all warm and fuzzy inside
Cons: It's causing people to abuse it, start arguments and people to hijack threads with it as a subject.
The cons just outweigh the pros...
Karma really effects nothing.
