AFAIK, this allows you to start the game without having to add the command line to the shortcut in order to start the game. In other words, clic Play offline and it will generate the .bat (or whatever the extension is) file to run the game with the emulator. You will be saving 5 seconds from making the shortcut in exchange for 20 seconds wasted on downloading it. It's useful though, if you can't get into the game and want to avoid further problems, this gets rid of the bad syntax shortcuts problem.

1.)Download File from: https://github.com/mooege/mooege
2.)Open build\Mooege-VS2010.sln with Visual Studio 2010.
To build hit the top menu bar: Debug -> Build Solution (or press F6).
3.)Run src\Mooege\bin\Release\Mooege.exe

oh wow .... you mean this is a programm where u dont must do the 2 clicks? ((F6) and Rightclick on shortcut)?

Use D3shark posted by someone else, it's the state-of-the-art program around Mooege, it does everything automatically? you don't even need to compile manually.
is there somebody Who Bypass the Login screen Make Character with latest D3sharp 60 lvl with gear And when Start Campaign your screen freeze? ::) ::)

Sadly MEGAUPLOAD has died. And so many links have died too. If this Offline Launcher is better than Mooege, please re-upload.
I am unsure if it is better. However I will attempt to find another download location for it.. If anyone knows of one please link us to that location.. I will sticky this topic once one is found.
