Someone can make a rar file with this 3 files from the patch 4:
Battle.net.dll
Diablo III Beta Launcher.exe
Diablo III.exe
I installed the new patch and i read in somewhere than with just this 3 files from the patch 4 i can run the beta with the emu again.
That is probably correct, however if any of the MPQ files were changed it wont work.. I will try and post them once I get some time.

edit: hmm it turns out i updated to the new version, and this was a bad idea, any chance the server will work with this version? or should i try and get the old one back?
Unfortunately Mooege doesn't currently work with Patch 5.
Patch 4 files would indeed fix this. It's a finicky situation though, downgrading that is.
I would gladly provide the patch files, but I updated as well lol :'(

i also upgrade but i dont want it... it was a missclick...
i have spend the last days 2 search for the MPQ´s of the 4th patch but there are no results -.-
a downgrade is also impossible like to deinstall the game and abort or cancle it (in the right moment) while the launcher is updating.
so we can just sit and eat our complett bodies or wait that the server will be updateted to patch 5 or somebody is so beautiful to upload the MPQ´s from patch4 ( it never will happend cause our world is full of ugly angry bad people who wqant to play d3 aself)..... so just suck your **** like me and wait thet people will become a human moral or mooege will patch to 5...... -.- thats our socialistic world.....THX.....
Why dont you all just uninstall then redownload the patch 4 version from tbh?
I have found the files from patch 4 in this download http://www.multiupload.com/E4LZ87ZSSF (http://www.multiupload.com/E4LZ87ZSSF) . I have managed to download them and replaced the old ( patch 5) ones with these. I have maintained them just in case. I have Kaspersky internet Security 2011 and it did not find any issues with them.
After I have done all the change I managed to play again.

thx...thats a nice try or better a good first step...but the problem isnt only the diabloIII.exe or the dll´s.....
you are right... its solves the Diablo3 problem but MY (i think specially) problem is that the MPQ´s of the D3_data folder are also overwriten.... so if i put the (new)MPQ´s in the mooege MPQ folder, it gives an error while loading some MPQ´s.... so to solve the complette probleme i need the old (patch 4) MPQ´s of diablo3_data folder...
the problem is that they are some Gb´s ...... =(

Uploading the MPQ's would be insane, they total around 5gbs.
Edit: Tested, working.
