I started to work on a Diablo 3 Model Viewer.
It's almost enable to load all of the models (except the player models) and all of the textures too.
Please try out and give feedback.

You need: XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 and .NET Framework 4 Client Profile installed, and run with administrative privileges under win7/vista.
Tested it with windows vista.. Getting an "APPCRASH".. Unknown Error..
I think you don't have the XNA Framework Redistributable 4.0 or .NET Framework 4 Client Profile installed on your pc. That makes the crash.
