the server won't start and make this error:

CLR: 80004005
the program will be terminated

what happen??

i have a good news.
i'm on windows 7 sp1 x64. i have installed all packs for emulator.
i have checked compatibility for win98 for mooege.exe and mooege.vshost.exe, and the program crash when it start.
i hope on a fast solution :)
