You can not. It's a heavy server based game and everything is online.
What you can do is run an D3 Emulator such as Mooege (http://mooege.org (http://mooege.org)). Although it isnt finished yet, nor as complete as the actual real game, you can still play around a little bit.
Essentially there is no "crack" for this. The game is free to download from blizzard servers itself and in order to play the game offline of blizzard servers, you need to run your own emulated server.
