now I don't know what to do to install it :'(...i downloaded mpq extractor 1.0 but it crashed when i open the "SetupOSX.mpq" file.
can you help me please?

can't you download the ORIGINAL Diablo 3 ?

Download the Mac version of whichever country you want. And install it like you would install something else on your mac. It will be pretty straightforward.
