That google page is just a compilation of released projects.  It's best to just follow the actual authors github pages for the most accurate and up to date releases.

This is a very very old program of mine, of which its main focus was for starcraft.  i.e mass genning keys for "warring" purposes.  If you're using this for D2, dont bother with it.

copy that file into same folder as program and try running program

start > run > "regsvr32 filename.ocx"

Download and run that, it will install all files needed.

Yeh, server is having a bit of issue right now

Just like during the SC2 Beta, we have collobarated with others in the community and launched a D3 Wiki for documenting research done from various individuals. 

At the moment right now its a little bare, but people are adding content to it.   So if you're interested in developing something for D3 or what to contribute what you know.
