what happend when u tried it on xp? i downloaded visual professinal version and it took me alot of tries to get it to work but then i finally figured it out . the guide is kinda confusing

sry if this is a stupid question but when i go to log in i get a "cant connect to service" error.

any1 know what the problem is? also is there a video with  a step by step guide by any chance anywhere?
