When the teaming options are done correctly by the launcher the AI doesn't matter.  The AI will attack the opposing team and will use your vision (if you are using a non-cheating AI).  The AI is not the issue here (unless you want the AI to be supportive rather than purely aggressive, alas, that will require a new breed of AI).

Need you to provide more info.

Which launcher you are using?

Ill give a brief guide on how to set up teams using StarCracks launcher ver.40.4:

In StarCrack's Launcher (use version 40.4) you have to be using virgin maps (the maps as blizzard made them).  You can find these maps on sc2.nibbits.com or in multiple DL packs posted throughout this forum alone.  When you load up the launcher select a map that supports up to 4 players (Kulas Ravine, Twilight Fortress, etc...) and set it up like you would for a normal FFA.  Now you will see a team column, ther you will set one AI to team 1 (your team number if you are player 1) and the remaining AI's to team 2.

1:  If its an "Official" replay (from someone in beta) make sure you have the original base.sc2data file in your \StarCraft II Beta\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\ folder (its 709kb in size), your cache should be up to date since you where able to play it before.  Make sure you are using the right base version as well.

2:  If its a replay from someone else playing AI you have to have the maps line up and the same AI in your \StarCraft II Beta\Mods\Liberty.SC2Mod\ folder.  To make sure the maps line up, you have to play a game on the map with the same AI setup.  If the replay player is player 1  with AI's player 2 through 4, that is how you must preset the map then click play.   You can quit out as soon as the game starts.  If they have teams set, you too must set up the teams properly.  The maps must be named the same as well.  If you fixed mispellings or changed the map name in anyway, you must change it to match the replays map name.

One day blizzard will get smart and not send the unit info of all units to all clients...  why does my client need to know what a unit is doing/moving when under the fog of war.  Or at least encrypt anything under the fog of war...

Least I can hope.

AFAIK: map hacks are working in ladder matches.  My guess is that the guy was trying to social engineer a release he could use from cranix.  Of course I was amused at CraniX's attempt to obtain access to the beta as well haha...

Complain all you want about maphacks.  The simple truth is, if CraniX didn't make one, someone else will.  Blizzard just needs to step up and stop sending all the unit info of units under the fog of war.

I dont detest CraniX for macking it, I just feel sad for the player that use it.  There is no way they will ever feel the same satisfaction of winning a tight game that those of us, who don't use the hack, do.  To each their own I suppose.

Patch 5 doesn't matter if you are using Starcracks launcher, it loads Patch 4 version still.

Try setting yourself as slot 4 and see if it still happens.  If not, the map you are using has AI built into it.  Make sure you get virgin map (unedited, straight from blizzard).

Its missing blistering sands but I know the rest of the maps are virgin blizzard maps.

Whats the bug?  Other than you screwed up the wall, I didn't see anything?   Turn on the "building grid" option to make sure you are not screwing up the seal on the wall.

General Discussion / Re: Select your race!

Can't help much, but I did notice that the UI is the wrong type once you started using the race selector (T had Z UI, P had Z UI, T had P UI and Z had T UI).  So that leads me to believe that you are missing another value somewhere.  Sorry I cant be more help, not much of a coder myself...
