Can you or anyone give me link to this beta launcher of what
dodongbadong was saying ? or upload this, I can't find it on that forum 

I downloaded ccleaner, used it and I have still this problem 

so it is possible to run starcraft 2 by copying from other PC ? I'm asking beacuse my SC 2 isn't updating, and on my friend's computer it isn't updating too.. I downloaded 13891 version yesterday I run replays and everything, but official launcher isn't updating

u deleted registry for starcraft 2 ? afterwards you run launcher and everythings work fine ? i still have the same problem i deleted registry from blizzard entertainment and the same still 
now in launcher " tracker isn't reacting"

I have exactly the same problem.. i installed today clean starcraft 2 beta, I had been running launcher and it's written:
"preparing to download new patch" and after few seconds I had smth like 'everythings is fine' ( i'm not EU, so I can't give you exactly what is written, but it is smth like "everything is fine, no issues etc ) button PLAY is grey, can't be clicked and it finally didn't update.. 
The same logs that a guy who posted before me and I have now version 2.xxx, beacuse it don't update ! and all lazylauncher are for 3.xxxx and 4.xxx, yes ?
So i figured out that is problem with my connection or PC, so i give it to my friend, and he has got the same problem, and now man who posted before me.
HELP !
