I cannot get the launcher to start at all. It instantly crashes when I attempt to run the tool. I followed your directions, installed in the default directory, disabled UAC and ran the tool as administrator. The Verman7 folder doesn't exist in the AppData folder. I attempted all of this on a fresh and updated install. Running Windows 7 Ultimate x64.

I am currently using 2.2.3 and mod selection does not seem to work, the launcher seems to only load whatever AI version is in the Liberty.SC2Mod folder despite what is actually selected. Is anyone else experiencing this?
