Um.... wrong thread? This is the thread for Beta Launcher by Valkirie. Anyway, a simple google search of your error shows its more possible that you need to install the latest version of .net framework I think its 3.5. I hope this helps.

If you are talking about the player type then I can't say. I've yet to try those.

I don't think ActiveX is an actual program that you can install. Are you talking about a specific ActiveX Control?

Hi, A friend of mine is having the ActiveX issue he's running windows 7 ultimate 32-bit on a laptop and we can't get the launcher to run. We've tried everything, tried installing .net framework 3.5, didn't work. Tried installing VB runtime files, still no dice. Tried regsvring a whole whack of dlls (google's advice). It still gives the blasted ActiveX error. Here is the log:
