The only other thing I can think of his that you don't have some Visual Basic Runtime files needed to run the program.
Download http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=bf9a24f9-b5c5-48f4-8edd-cdf2d29a79d5&displaylang=en   and install the files in your /System.  See if that helps. 
Other than that, you'll have to wait for the next release if it doesn't help.

and not ip-banned cuz 5seconds before i tried connecting through rogue of diablo, i successfully connected through d2 client.

i cant get it to work

keeps saying  BNCS(0) Socket Error. Make sure you're connecting to the correct server.

asia.battle.net <-- isnt it right??? i am playin asia1....
and what do i put in vbyte???
