General Discussion / SC2 Launcher has been blocked?

Since 0.12.15133, SC2 doesn't run the Starcraft 2 - Beta Launcher 0.28 Version.
If you run SC2, there is no map any units.
Is the Launcher stuck? Please give me a solution, Beauties.
There are no errors during installaion or setup.
