SCVs are suppose to be clusterphobic according to starcraft 1

have 10 workers getting minerals, have one working build 2 pop increasing buildings(overseer for zerg) then build a unit building building, train units and expand resources etc.


10 workers? Sigh... Ok, go on TeamLiquid.net and watch the Day[9] daily. It's Tasteless's bro and he knows what he's talking about. Also watch some Artosis and David Kim vods, you'll know what to do.


The optimal worker count has been measured to be 24, but you should get more than that for maynarding purposes. Which means just as before, constant probes (but now with chrono).




Please make these AI MUCH harder. I'm only a D/D+ on ICCUP and I can take down these 1v3 no problem. I wonder what someone who isn't a noob could do to these AI...



If you still cannot win after reading up all of Liquipedia about general starcraft play and learning everything from Day[9] (and also playing ICCUP until your APM is at least 100 so you can actually build stuff...), then just 15nex. It should work on the computers quite easily. If you're too scared of that, try a 10/15 gate into 18 FE. I found that gives a safe expand with 3 zealots.

Stop being a dick about it, you sucked in the beginning too obviously.  And AI commands are limited in beta, they are still working on it and its early phase so no reason to say I WANT HARDER I WANT HARDER, it just sounds gay.

What about a standard push breaking map? Like a 2 immortal 5 stalker timing push and you get something tough like 3 zeals, 3 stalkers, and a few gateways and try to stall/hold (they get periodic reinforcements)? Kind of like the push breaking maps that are floating on TL but for SC2?

Right now, all we need is a 1v3 or 1v5 AI mode. That would be Paradise for me.

Both AIs suffer in terms of moving their units back when they are able to win the battle and not moving back when they will subsequently lose.

No one knows what does that yet, so you can't really complain about it.

A web server works like a game server.  You figure it out.

I see scout in 10 second mark.

I went fast forge at 10 probe, 12 probe cannon 2X and got rid of terran next to me.  Not much resistance to that.

Then Other terran took out zerg at 15 minute.

15:00 I had 7 warp gates, 3 robotics, 4 expansions.  The terran had 3 expansions and were massing out vikings and tanks.

20:00 13 warp gates, 5 robotic, 6 expansions.  Terran had 5 and still massing out tanks and vikings.  They kepted teching.  :)

22:30, took them out easy with stalkers and sentries.  I wish they had a ghost for emp, but too bad that I just shielded my way in and blinked.  Vikings were just staying in the air though, maybe a glitch.
23:00  it called gg.

13 pool, then 2 crawlers, rushed took one out.  It didn't even have pool at that time.

17:00 Didn't do roaches, rushed air, and banelings. did 6 exp.

18:00 Other zerg died.

20:00 20 overseers near their base, Around 50 broodlings  Zerg attacked with some hydras and masssed around 50 zerglings and roaches.  Hydras were teched, but roaches weren't so easy kill with banelings with no speed upgrade.

22:00 counter, 20 broodlings. and mass of banelings.  It gged.

8:00 terran died.

12:00 3 exp, rushed mass banelings.
16:00 gg, 50 banelings took about pretty much everything.  Think it was building mutalisks but roaches were teched.

yah its ffa i notice that one of the computers tap out by saying gg lol owned by his fellow ai.

its really fun and addicted but sometimes frustrating. a swarm of zerglings for zerg, zealots combine with stalkers for protoss and marine marauders and single tank by terran. sometimes when they attack late they have a huge number of units with good combination.. wew..

i hate this ai  :'( very strong

I find it quite easy with i rush templers for storm.  They just mass the same things every time.
