Any suggestions or comments just let me know.

As in making me do a bunch of file editing .____.

I really like the current layout. The red and white is easy to read etc etc. Looks very good imo  ;)

Wasn't it working great for you before?  Anyways yeah, i've had some ideas, which I'll get around to implement, but things keep coming up which take up my time.  I should have a lot of time after Christmas.
Do you mind linking me to the place to get this Redvex namebot, i.e the updated plugin for it.  I want to see what all the hoopla is all about

I got it working once, and never again since then. That was a couple of months ago :(

It doesnt work  fine :(

I cant get it to work on any OS, not matter what I try. When I did try it was slow, slow slow. Redvex bot searches 1000's of times faster :(

I thought you had a master plan for some radical new name bot :) take over the world etc etc

I've been side tracked adding HoN support to one of my bots. HoN is Heroes of Newerth, a very up and coming popular game.  Also I've been redoing Rogue of Diablo, our D2 Namebot, which will be able to load multiple bots in one exe; making it faster in creating/obtaining names.
And as always and slowly, I am still working on our Starcraft Game Hosting bot, which seems to be collecting dust now a days.
Also, I've been thinking about starting a full moderation bot, which would be the first time I would be publicly releasing one.  This was sparked due to the rejuvenation of Botnet (if you remember vL's botnet), which is being developed by Pianka, another prominent botdev author in the BotDev community.
And finally, as always, I'd like to mention we are always looking for new programmers interested in joining our BotDev team. So let me know if you're interested.

Keep up the good work Myst, prob dont get enough thanks for all the work you do :)

Try these bnls servers found here: http://toshley.net/py/status.php

Also make sure those files, i.e the mswinsck, richtxtbox are in their proper places.  Let me know what happens.
The last thing I could think of that might be a problem is you being IPBanned from the realm. So Try different battle.net servers and see what happens

Well I tried one of those diff servers and magic it worked :p

This is on a Xp pro Vm btw.

Now It looks good but like I said it is quite slow to search through my abundance of names

Did you try doing what i said? and also are you running in administrator?

Well Ive tried a few different OS now and still no go. I just cant get this too work  :'(

The one time I did get it too work was on my Xp Pro VM and was with the old BNLS server added in.

Ive tried different accounts, im certain my cd keys are entered properly etc etc.

Do I need to try another server?

Im just getting the same prob as in the S/s above.

:(

You originally got it to work. So just recheck your config file making sure you have a valid battle.net server to connect to, and a working BNLS server (bnls.bnetdev.net) then hit connect.

Let me know of any other problems and what you were doing prior to it for the problem to occur.

No I orignally got it too work on 32bit Vista, not 64  :(

I have also tried those server settings you gave me on a 32bit Xp Virtual Machine and no go, they didnt work.

But insted of richtx32.ocx make it MSWINSCK.OCX

and i'm not quite sure how the x64 systems run with vista, but if i am correct you *MAY* need to find an 64 bit mswinsck.ocx file.

Every install I have done of this on Xp and Vista has first come up with the richtx32.ocx error. Once this is fixed it then comes up with the mswinsck.ocx error  :)

No D2 is not required to run. This is a clientless bot.
Change your BNLS server to bnls.bnetdev.net

The BNLS server you are correctly connecting to is not responding. (JBLS.org has been down for a long time).
Also in the bot are some font files.  Place those in your font folder (C:\WINDOWS\Fonts) So you get the effect of the fonts when using the bot :P

Cool it looks like I got the server and fonts fixed, thanks  :)

Now I am getting this error

Originally when I installed and ran the bot I got this error

Component "MSWINSCK.OCX" or one of its dependecies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

So I googled it. and found that I need to replace it. I am running Vista 64bit.

http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/itprovistahardware/thread/fceea083-6395-4f62-9aa4-cf314a4f6b11

Originally I followed these instructions, and placed the file in my system 32 folder. This didnt work I got this error

So Instead I followed some instructions off another site that said to put it in my sysWOW64 folder. I did this and it ran, but now I still cant get the bot to work  :'(
