Not enough Pylons / Re: How to view your own replays

I realized that the replays are not for the patch 2 version of the game so you may have to use the lazy launcher to launch the replays

Unfortunately, the new LazyLaunch 2.0 will load up the latest version of the beta.

Heres a replay of me sucking (hence why it is not under cool replays) just to test out if replay sharing works. (i have the map under 00\11 and the maps are named the same as in the pack with 0011 (just like I said in the tutorial. Please tell me if you can view it. http://rapidshare.com/files/357104734/2010-02-28_10-37-17.SC2Replay

Can you upload it onto a different website? I can't use rapidshare, it's always overloaded

anyone can tell me what is "UNSUPPORTED VERSION: Higher APM and AI cheating" in botdev sites??

what's the difference to the version 3??

The version 3 is the default game, but with harder AI. If you want more challenge, take the second version (cheat/APM), I recommend it.

More APM means the computer will do more things at the same time, thus having a better macro and micro over his units. Cheating probably means that they have more minerals, construct faster or train units faster (like insane computers in most games).

I recommend the last one if you desire a bit more challenge without being impossible to beat  ;)

Are u sure about this? I tried both, and I believe the Starcrack v3.0 is HARDER than the Unsupported "AI cheating" version.

In the Starcrack v3.0 AI, the comps actually micro'ed their units, and attacked my base.

AI Scripts / Re: Enhanced AI for terran

The terran AI is good

However, after installing this, the Zerg & Protoss AI becomes braindead. They will not build anything at all.

It's better to go with StarCrack's AI mod v3.0

ok, another AI mod got released, StarCrack's AI mod v3.0

WOW, what a huge improvement on the AI! This one is actually really nice.

You probably noticed by now, your mothership's build speed is still 120, and 6 unit cost, instead of 160 and 8unit cost, as stated in the most recent patch.

This is because LazyLaunch loads up the data from the FIRST patch ONLY. It does not load up the data from the most recent patch.

To make LazyLaunch load the latest patch, here are the steps to take:

1. For 32-Bit OS: Go into C:\Program Files\StarCraft II Beta\Versions\
-For 64-Bit OS: Go into C:\Program Files (x86)\StarCraft II Beta\Versions\

2. Look for the folder called "Base14093". Rename this folder to "BACKUP_Base14093"

3. Now Look for a folder called "Base14133". Make a Copy of this folder, and rename the copy to "Base14093".

Now whenever you load up LazyLaunch, it will load the most recent patch, instead of loading the 1st patch. Have Fun! =)

Another mod was released awhile ago, and it's supposed to be "medium" difficulty.

I just tested it out, and it's at least better than the default, and there is no annoying messages this time.

I just installed the Turd AI mod, (which was stated to be a bit harder). But now everytime I startup a game, some annoying messages show up during the game, and it's really annoying.

So what's the difference between the Turd AI and the Default? (besides the fact that the Turd AI is supposed to be "harder").
