We moved to a private, faster, sexier server.  Pardon our appearance while we renovate and get things back to normal.  In the meantime POST POST!! Get involved. 

Private sources have informed me of a SC2 Lan still being worked on and near beta release.  The beta will only support 1on1 and then soon melee, and then later on custom maps.  The servers will be hosted in Russia so it's going to be hard for Blizzard to go after this project.  This is legit and verified from the author himself, being a close acquaintance of mine also    Stay tune for more information!

With the latest patch, Starcraft 2 now has channels.  We'll see how it develops from this.  What do you guys think of the chat system?  Anyone know how they made the private channels work, i.e is it like bnet1.0 or more like IRC channel services.

So it seems Blizzard is taking some aggressive action here and is now suing 3 known hack developers.  Cranix, Perma, and linuxawesome. 
Blizzard is claiming that these individuals were creating hacks and selling them, profiting, even when previously told to cease and desist doing so. 
Also mentioned were Zynastor, from bwhacks.com and Dark_Mage, from bhfiles.com - Blizzard claims that these individuals were cohorts of the above charged. 
My opinion on the matter; I just think Dark_Mage got connected because he hosts a lot of these hacks on his server and Zynastor got connected because of his reversal knowledge that he probably was posting around that could lead to a lot of these hacks being made. 

We'll see how this turns out, will be interesting because all those guys don't even live in the US.

In case you didn't notice i was MIA for a while   But I'm back.  I'd like you all to welcome raistlinthewiz to our DarkBlizz team.  He will be working on one of the first SC2 Bots  :thumbsup:
