October 25, 2011, 09:36:59 PM
Added a twitter feed to mooege, located at the bottom of the forum index.  I thought it looked like a nifty site mod so I added it.  Enjoy.  I'll try to see if I can make it grab multiple twitter feeds.

Suggestion / Adding War3 support
October 24, 2011, 12:08:50 AM
Update: (Not Released yet)

Started adding D2 and War3 support for the game detection, after a couple people requested.  So I'd thought I'd share the progress.

The bot will change on the fly based on the cdkey you use, i.e sc/d2/wc3.

I started working on the War3 support, but since I hardly ever played the game, it's gonna take awhile till I learn how the game works and its all smooth.

Quote from: ChangeLog[Version 1 Build 4]
-Added ability to auto-copy the latest filtered game (Only works for those running the bot)
{Thanks Ringo for the idea}
-Fixed bug in ClearedMapData() function which caused a runtime error when bot has been running for weeks.
-Tweaked detection of games a bit. All Maps are cleared of color-codes and gameclient unfriendly characters prior to checking a filter to them.
-Added ?weather command. (Shows the temp/weather conditions for state/zip)
-Created new backgrounds for each game
-Added War3 Game Detection Support

Interesting Banter / Digital Dead Sea Scrolls

Cool site by Google and the Israel museum for showcasing the Sea Scrolls online

Quote from: LaTimes
The Dead Sea Scrolls are a popular draw whenever fragments of the ancient manuscripts are displayed at museums around the world. Now you can get a close-up glimpse of the scrolls with a few keystrokes on your personal computer.

Google and the Israel Museum in Jerusalem have partnered to launch a new website that allows the public the ability to examine the Dead Sea Scrolls in fine detail. The site provides searchable, high-resolution images of the scrolls, plus explanatory videos and background on the foundational texts.

The initiative is part of the Dead Sea Scrolls Digital Project between the museum and Google. The museum has so far digitized five scrolls in its collection -- the Great Isaiah Scroll, the Community Rule Scroll, the Commentary on Habakkuk Scroll, the Temple Scroll and the War Scroll.

The Dead Sea Scrolls remain a controversial subject. Some Palestinian officials believe that the scrolls were illegally obtained by Israel when it annexed East Jerusalem in 1967. In 2007, the San Diego Natural History Museum hosted a selection of the scrolls in a six-month show that was a popular draw.

Discovered between 1947 and 1956, the scrolls are attributed to an isolated Jewish sect, referred to in the scrolls as "the Community," whose members settled in Qumran in the Judean desert.

In the past, Google has launched similar online initiatives with other museums through the Google Art Project.

The Workshop / Moved/Added few things around forums
September 26, 2011, 12:00:15 PM
Merged the SC2 LAN category into the SC2 Gaming Category.  Then Merged the SC2 Gaming Category into the Game On Category, rather than it being all by itself.
Created the D3Sharp section, under Diablo3 Gaming.

This should now feel more organized and less of a scroll on http://darkblizz.org/Forum2/forum/

Just like during the SC2 Beta, we have collobarated with others in the community and launched a D3 Wiki for documenting research done from various individuals.

At the moment right now its a little bare, but people are adding content to it.   So if you're interested in developing something for D3 or what to contribute what you know.

Check out the latest buzz of SC2 LAN related chitter chatter and any new or past SC2 LAN software from any group/developers at
SC2 LAN Section

Stay tune for updates to our D2 NameBot, Rogue of Diablo v2. Make sure you post any suggestions/ideas you have for it in the forum.

New Project: I'm working on a final Battle.net 1.0 project, which will be a plugin oriented bot, with all the features of all the programs I've ever made, made into plugins into this one bot.  Also any ongoing projects I was working on such as the SC/BW Game Hosting Bot, will be a made into a plugin for this bot.

SC2/Bnet 2.0 Protocol/Emulator:  Hopefully this week I want to organize all the past old emulator sources and protocol documentation for release.   I understand some of the authors of this content were ordered by Blizzard to cease & desist publishing this information, but this release will be done in a safe manner, that does not expose anyone.  If you have concerns, please PM me privately.
