You can not.  It's a heavy server based game and everything is online.
What you can do is run an D3 Emulator such as Mooege (http://mooege.org).  Although it isnt finished yet, nor as complete as the actual real game, you can still play around a little bit.
Essentially there is no "crack" for this.  The game is free to download from blizzard servers itself and in order to play the game offline of blizzard servers, you need to run your own emulated server.

i am sorry I did not see the pages , but when i saw page 40 i realize that we can play only the beta :-(

NOTE: for you to test the persistence of your characters, make sure you use the same email address and password for each login. if you do, you'll see that the characters you created are still there

can you be more specific with the Instructions i realy want to play this game !!! ty 

if you look more closely then this instruction is made in september and if you know when was the official date of D3 release then you should realize that this wont work on retail client.

Since new game releases, there is always someone out there trying to do something malicious.  This is the same case in Diablo 3. 
If it's not posted by DarkBlizz staff or any other reputable website/member. Do Not Download!
