[Entry 1] Animated Banner

The concept of an animated banner is nice, but does it doesn't look good. What are we, Geocities?

Well I tried fixing it, but the only way I could make the quality better   was by shrinking it because the program I used to fix it only works   with certain sized images. Is there anyways someone can fix this?

Interesting banner, but id say change the animation and also change the text to a darker color not the blue, and the animation make it rather a bit to look like smoke instead of that weird lightning stuff since it fills the letter and makes the text blurry in a way, otherwise not bad
