blizzard updater gets stuck on new patch

I used the updater to get patch 9 and it gets stuck trying to install it. the progress bar makes it all the way to the end but instead of finishing it starts over and downloads again instantly and then just repeats the process. I just reinstalled the beta and it downloaded patches 1-8 it was fine but when it finished with 9 it did the same thing. It just gets stuck and tries to install it a bunch and fails and then the updater says that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please help

Close it when it loops.
Launch using sc2switcher exe file in starcraft 2 Beta subdirectory.
Battlenet is still down.

Blizz MUST have outsourced this project, this is C-Rated programming.

Hopefully the Blizzard stock will not fall below 12rd place. (an example of outsourcing).

This game is planned to release after the 11st year of development.
