So, 4 my personal project, i wanna make a video game. Me, being an absolute RETARD, needs all the help i can get. So anyone wanna help me out on what sorta programs etc i can use.

If you want to make a game from scratch the first thing you will need is pro level understanding of C# or C++.
Next a ton of time and many more skills to animate the game.

If you want to builg a game from another program, RPG maker is simple and fun, google it.

Also SC2 will allow you to make a RPG mode from the map editor.
