Every Time I Load The "Loader.exe" For StarCraft 2 Beta Emulator It Gives Me An Error Saying "Unable to create SC2.exe Process!"

That Emulator. For Some Reason The File "Loader.exe" Gives me An Error When I try To run it. I Have the beta Installed. Error "Unable To Create Process SC2.exe!"
