Oh nice , can't wait for the release. it was kind of tricky making it work with all that chinese in the way.
Are the voices in english aswell or only the text ?

I'm so excited for this!! I knew I would see this one day, SC2 LAN!!! so awesome!!! I am downloading the client right now and I am excited for the english files! awesome work!

one question though, can you use custom maps with this release? like tower defense? or is that unsupported atm?

This will be released today.  Was going to release it just now.  But the zip didn't have the new improved ReadMe. So I'm gonna wait on that.
