How change Server Port and Ip

I have a problem, becouse if i want to play with some one he must connent using my ip and my port. When i host server can i change IP and PORT in options ?

there is a file config.ini in ur starcraft directory , both of you will need to change the ip adress there into the hosts ip that in this case is you.
