Download and run the following.  It will install and register all files properly needed to run the program.

Extracted this http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/confirmation.aspx?id=24417 in system 32, still failling.

Yo, google the error I get (  System Error &H80004005 (-2147467259) )

Timer.

yo, I found why, but how could I fix this? thanks so much :D

You receive an error message "System Error & H80004005" from Visual Basic 6.0 when a subclass of MFC ActiveX control window classes implemented by Comctl32.dll

Myst

There's a compatibility issue with Comctl32.dll when using an older version of it with Win7.
This thread here discusses that issue , hope it helps.

Other than that, we have tested RoD on win7 before and it works just fine on it, so see if that link helps ya.
