ERROR_7 discussion

Does anyone have the fix for ERROR_7 when you try to start in game play?

Here is what I did:
1) I clean installed Diablo 3 beta (And clean patched).
2) I Installed Microsoft Framework
3) I patched Microsoft Framework to fix the bug that never retrieves character list.
4) I edited the target directory to the shortcut.
5) I start D3Sharp.exe
6) I log onto Diablo 3 with name: "a@" password "b"
7) I created a character, a demon hunter as suggested.
8) I try to start the game and get "ERROR_7"

Also, ERROR_7 is so common that they are actually banning people from the IRC when they ask about ERROR_7. I've posted in 2 forums at 6 places already and it seems that tons of people have error 7 but nobody knows how to fix it. I even found that people in Canada, USA, Germany are having the problem.

Please, help me find a solution to ERROR_7.
