How does the crack work for Diablo 3?

If Diablo 3 is cracked, does that mean I will be able to play online with legit players, or will it be a private server like World of Warcraft?

is there a working one for Diablo 3 as of the last patch that works? I bought the game, but I was wondering if I could get it offline because i don't always have a decent internet connection, so it is extremely hard to play the game.

I believe they're still working on an update to support the latest release.
