MAJOR PROBLEM HELP RE-INSTALL and Patch problem

hi guys 

i encounter major problem today.. i formatted my pc today and freshly installed my sc2beta but when finish installing i notice that my sc2beta no longer patching and there is no any information about latest patch in my launcher. but still i continue and click play afterward i realize that the reason im formating and re-installing is because i want to make sure if im playing the latest.

so i check my C:\Program Files\StarCraft II Beta\Versions and im so upset my sc2beta didnt download any patch especially the new version 4. something. so i check more in my files then i have read something like this

how can i play ai with latest version and im afraid that the latest lazylauncher2 requires 4. something version. i shouldnt have re-installed now im having problem playing latest versions 

i got my SC2 Beta name StarCraft II Beta enUS 13891 Installer from isohunt torrent files and it was commented by the uploader that Torrent downloaded from http://thepiratebay.org

i just hope that this is not the solution by blizzard preventing us attaining the latest version they got for their beta testers and hopefully that they just have some maintenance thats why i cant patch for now.

I have exactly the same problem.. i installed today clean starcraft 2 beta, I had been running launcher and it's written:
"preparing to download new patch" and after few seconds I had smth like 'everythings is fine' ( i'm not EU, so I can't give you exactly what is written, but it is smth like "everything is fine, no issues etc ) button PLAY is grey, can't be clicked and it finally didn't update.. 
The same logs that a guy who posted before me and I have now version 2.xxx, beacuse it don't update ! and all lazylauncher are for 3.xxxx and 4.xxx, yes ?
So i figured out that is problem with my connection or PC, so i give it to my friend, and he has got the same problem, and now man who posted before me.
HELP !

That's really odd... Because the patcher patches before you try to login with an account, so it's not like it recognizes that you don't have a beta key. It has no way of knowing. Sounds like issues with the patching server for Blizzard. I'd say wait a few hours to see if the situation resolves itself. Because, again, since it patches BEFORE it requires you to login to bnet, there is no way for it to determine whether you have a beta key or not.

Clean the registry for old SC2 files. Then u can download the patches.

u deleted registry for starcraft 2 ? afterwards you run launcher and everythings work fine ? i still have the same problem i deleted registry from blizzard entertainment and the same still 
now in launcher " tracker isn't reacting"

Ya, i cleaned the registry then restarted my computer.

I used Ccleaner.

This game is so fun

Try deleting all the folders related to sc2. Do a fresh install, let it update, and apply the cracks.

This one worked for me.

i have found a solution..

i downloaded Starcraft 2 beta launcher some where here in the forum extract it on my sc2 folder in my program files. then run the launcher afterward click restore then i go to my original starcraft2.exe run it and boom it patch

dodongbadong was saying ? or upload this, I can't find it on that forum
