many nubs play and good old sc/wc/oldies cant..

When i arrive from school i must watch Youtube... when i want see some sc action.
When iam bored i can only go out and smoke because i play only blizz games...
I angry...bored...
Blizzard betrayal all of us..fans..

That is my Life...

At last we have revenge..

PS: no one of 20k SC beta players cant invite one dumb ass (me) to beta.. :( hell no

just to add my part to the debate:

You can't compare all races, terran are differents from toss like toss are differents from zerg.
They have weakness and great forces each.
Toss have the two better scout in the game, the probe wich is very effective with her shield in early time, an the the observer wich cost a lot but always cloack...

They haves the gateways, you just have to build pylons to send units, then even zealots become mobile.

Someone said he lose against marauders and ghosts, you need to scout more, if you had noticed that there were ghost you could have searched for blink, hit and run is very effectiv with the shield, you attack the ghost and leave  before taking too many damage, reload the shield and attack again , if your micro and your scout skills are good enought you can easly choose the place of the battle.

Its true in some situations its hard to react corectly, but if you need to be told the perfect counter to everything it means you are not good enought and may go back in silver or worse....

Thats   not what hes saying at all. What hes saying, is that the AI's "micro"   isn't handled by the protoss.galaxy file. The micro is handled within   other files. Since Auir AI is only the "macro" portion (that is, just   the protoss.galaxy file.), it will only use shield if the AI is   programmed to use shield with sentries in another file. As far as I   know, it is not possible to make sentries use shield without   overwriting an additional file beyond protoss.galaxy. 

Sorry to spoil the party  :D  , it's possible to fit everything in one .galaxy file. Provided he  re-write the entire routine and not use the default AIThinkDisruptor as  pre-written in the XML file.                                                                   

That could be done for a later version, I bet this is not his priority for now, anyway the problem was the use of shield by sentry any idea?? :
- Is it possible?
- If it is, how?

My mistake, you certainly must be right, but on an other hand, I didn't see any use of shield whatever Ai I used. So there is no big difference, this modification must be done to make it working...

Starcrack AI and all other AI are open source since you can easly access to the code.
Most AI are developed starting with starcrack scripts, the sentry dont use shield in starcrack AI, so they dont in AIur AI, since both share some code.

Looks like there is only blind people speaking to eachother...

The emu is not done yet, this is only a compiled version of what the devs are working one.

Even if you install it there is big chances you can't even play the replays cause this thing might be instable

First of all GG guy, this one looks human in many ways.

The AI micro is quiet effective when he have range units and you have close combat stuff, inflicting damages and back, inflicting damages and back.
But I saw zergling back and do nothing, back and do nothing....

But in my mind that is not the same thing , we already saw at the beginning of starcrack, the back n'forth stuff is more effective.

It must be a conditional function missing like 

If enemy unit is ranged and my unit is CCombat
then
back and regroup to reangage.

I hope its as simple as it looks like....
Cause this was the only and the main problem I saw.

Not tested yet, but it must be really awesome, almost noone is complaining, the devs can be proud of that.
