Starcraft 2 Beta Lan / Server Emulator / Crack

There is a strange locked .zip file in the .rar but the .exe looks like a real emulator/launcher

I tested it on the normal Starcraft II version. everything goes right until I start the game, then this error appears:

Can't start Server! Error C1421a
blablabla

Maybe it's because I tested it running 2 instances of SC2BetaLanEmulator.exe on one computer...

Does somebody know where this file is coming from. To me it looks quite real. (it's obvious the program took quite a lot of coding work since the server shows the client connected etc.)

The text in the .rar:

QuoteInstall:

Put the Emulator there, where you installed Starcraft 2 Beta.
Launch it.

Server:
- Click "Start Server"
- Choose your Mappath
- Click Use, then choose map!
- Choose your Name and your Nation (Don't let it clear or an error will popup!)
- Put in "IP" Your Lan ip or Internet ip.
- Click "Start Server"

- Wait for player connection.
- perhaps it will say(No Feedback / or something like that....) ignore it

- When Player connect click "Start Game" and you can play!

IMPORTANT: DONT'T PRESS "START GAME", WHEN NO PLAYER CONNECT!

Client:
- Press "Connect"
- Wite the server ip in "IP"
- Choose your nation and your name (Don't let it clear or an error will popup!)
  and press "Connect".
- Wait for Player start! And have fun :) !

v.1.0:
- Only 1v1 works ... dont't know why!
- Sometimes Error with "Error C1421a":   Start again or let your partner create or download again...   (Upload site have sometimes error with this programm!)

(will fix in next version) But until know it works :) !
