Myst

Got the idea from another bot developer who goes by the alias of Mystical (Immortal-Legends.com)
Basically it will collect users to whisper spam a message too by /whoing multiple channels and obtaining the users and adding them to the list to be spammed.  When used at a slow rate, its pretty decent to advertise your clan or a website and when used at a faster rate, it can get pretty annoying.

Myst, i was wondering what proccess you use for naming your bots,
do you first google random words and after you find some image you like you name it after it or do you think of a name and then you google an image so you can use it for your bot?

For example, this is a clear example that you googled the word "bird".

Btw, keep up the good work.

well, I try to think of what the program does and stuff and think of something that would be fitting.  So OwlBot was best considered because I kept thinking of "Who Who" like "Hoot Hoot". get it, owl, hoot hoot.

Steam

When can we be expecting this?
"No man no problems..."

This project is on the low priority list at the moment :(   So it will be awhile.

Yes it has a interval of the amount of bots to spam with and the rate to spam at.

It uses Diablo1 to actual spam, because Diablo1 doesn't need keys to logon with.  As for the /whoing it uses either D2 or SC.
It adds the person to the database by /whoing channels from the channel list and checking them against the hashtable of users. if no hash matches, then the user will be added.
A Faster rate means, the speed that the bots are actually sending whispers.

If the bot whispers a person who goes offline, the bot removes that user from the hashtable.

Hasn't been much movement on this thread in a while so hopefully I don't get any flak for bumping an old thread. Anyway.. this tool sounds incredibly useful. Please keep working on it, can't wait to see any progress.
